Vinayan was extremely happy and was thankful for the fabulous service. It was way above his expectations. His family was out of country for more than ten months. It needs to be cancelled and reissued. To cancel 3 visas and reissue them in five hours on Thursday evening was too much to ask for but you did it and got the families in UAE on next day.
